We have teamed up with Phil Duke Coaching to offer a 3 week program to help you take your climbing to the next level !
This course is aimed at anyone who can climb Level 4 and above.
3 week course: Every Saturday – 11am to 12.30pm
Philip Duke is a sports scientist and bouldering performance coach, who specialises in strength and conditioning. He has established over 100 bouldering routes across the country in Dublin, Wicklow and Doolin. He is head coach of the Irish Youth Squad and also a head route setter, having set here in The Wall and, Irish teams training sessions and also for the Irish bouldering league (IBL). Week 1: Fundamental Movement Analysis
